Once again, we were glad to be part of SIGEP, the International Trade Fair for Artisan Ice Cream, Pastry, Bakery and the World of Coffee, held from January 20-24, 2024 in Rimini, Italy.
This year, our participation in the exhibition highlighted the energy-efficient advancements in our latest equipment while maintaining the passion for Italian design and the tradition of our refrigeration products. During the fair, visitors had the opportunity to closely examine our product range and share their experiences on its implementation in their hospitality businesses.
More efficient Inox
In the INOX category, we presented new cabinets with energy class A, which reduce energy costs while maintaining high performance. The QR 6-5A vertical cabinet is the perfect combination of technological advances and manufacturing experience. It features GN2/1 trays and a self-closing door to avoid energy waste.
We also presented the RF 70A model, a blast chiller with 7 trays GN1/1 , and the RF 100A; ideal for 10 trays for professional kitchens with high production, such as schools or hospitals.
Passion for meat
One of the great novelties was the QM 368 meat maturation cabinet, which facilitates the aging process with temperature and humidity control that ensure succulent, tender and flavorful meat.

Once again, our Versus brand stood out on the stand with its complete collection of display cases for chocolate, pastry, meat maturation and wine preservation.
Versus refrigerated display cases are manufactured in our Bolognia facility, which allows us to achieve the highest quality production, supervised and controlled by a team of refrigeration professionals.
Our experts accompany you in the process of customizing the display case, allowing you to design the equipment from scratch by choosing the measurements, the colour, the type of doors, the number and colour of LED lights, as well as the accessories (wheels, handles, and shelves).
We were very proud to introduce the new colours that expanded our showcases collection. SIGEP was the perfect occasion to show three new special colours for our products: gold, silver and copper.
