Pizzerias equipment

Refrigerated counters are a fundamental element of pizzeria equipment. They consist of a granite top on which the dough is prepared and where the pizza is placed with the ingredients, ready to be baked.

This equipment is commonly referred to as a “’refrigerated pizza counter”, as it also has a refrigerated compartment to store the dough and toppings.

Customisable refrigerated counter options

Refrigerated counters offer various options to suit different functions and space requirements. You can choose from the following options:

– Compartment with two or three doors.
– Neutral drawer unit, feet or castors for moving it around.

Large variety of accessories to simplify the pizza chef’s work, such as:

VRX units: display cabinets that act as pizza toppings holders, allowing them to be kept on hand at all times to improve efficiency and speed when preparing pizzas.
– Containers of various sizes, GN ¼ or GN ⅓.
– Glass or stainless steel protection.

It is also possible to opt for equipment with a different top work, such as refrigerated counters with a granite top and a refrigerated compartment suitable for holding Euronorm pans.

Saladettes for pizza preparation

An alternative to pizza counters are saladettes, a more compact professional appliance, available in 2-door or 3-door versions and suitable for holding GN 1/1 pans.

Some units are equipped with a compartment at the top suitable for holding GN 1/6 pans.
