What are the types of professional refrigerated counters?

There are various types of refrigerated counters, with solid doors or glass doors, with drawers, with or without splash back, with steel or granite top for pizza making, and with gastronorm or euronorm sizes for pastries. In addition, to be even more versatile and adaptable, there are refrigerated counters in various widths.

Firstly, refrigerated counters are divided according to the temperature of the equipment. They can therefore be positive counters, with an internal temperature range from -2 C° to +10 C°, or negative counters, with an internal temperature range from -22 C° to -18 C°.

As we said, refrigerated counters are also available with different types of tops, in steel or granite, with or without sink, with 2, 3 or 4 doors or with ½, ⅓ or 2/3 drawers.
