We had the pleasure of participating in Host Milano, the international trade fair for the Ho.re.ca and Food Service industry, which brings together industry professionals from all corners of the world.
This event, which took place over five days, attracted more than 2,000 exhibitors from over 50 countries, featuring more than 800 events that included dozens of chefs and professionals, as well as numerous masterclasses, conferences, competitions and meetings with thousands of visitors. In addition, for us, the event represented an excellent opportunity to strengthen our relationship with our customers.
Cool Head was pleased to present its latest innovations in professional refrigeration during the fair. We shared consumer trends in the sector, discussed current issues, explored best practices and international scenarios. We also presented some of our latest innovations, including products from our categories: Inox, ABS, Display, Beverage and Freezers.
One of the highlights of our participation at Host Milano was the presentation of two products that generated a great deal of interest: the new Cool Head DTW 90, 92, 120 and 122 drawers.
These refrigerated drawers have a conversion function that allows you to switch from freezing to cooling with a simple key combination. In this way, the temperature can be changed from -2/+8 to -21/-18. This versatility allows them to adapt to various needs and applications in the professional refrigeration industry, allowing a single product to meet different requirements.
In addition, it is important to highlight both products for their outstanding energy efficiency and cooling capacity. The versatile and compact DWT 92 and DTW 90 are ideal for smaller spaces, while the DWT 122 and DTW 120 offer greater capacity for larger businesses. Both models incorporate the latest cooling technology and design, delivering exceptional performance. These products will be available in our 2024 catalogue, marking a new era of professional cooling.
On our stand, we also showcased the Versus brand, which features five specialised collections for bakery, chocolate, ice cream, wine and meat maturation.
There, we presented our RV 304 model in the new copper colour, an example of the wide variety of possibilities for customisation of our products.
